VIN CODE: 24267111920 MISC: Car has honeycombs, AM-FM stereo with 8-track, gauges, in-dash tach and formula wheel. All numbers-matching except rear end. Originally quezal gold. (yuk!) Shopping now for bodywork and paint. Probably will keep it black.Installed new carpets and top this summer. Engine rebuilt by previous owner with HO cam. Solid original floors, frame and trunk. All original body panels. Car was originally from Eugene, Oregon. Purchased December 1997 from the September 1997 issue of the Goatfinder Classifieds. My wife suggested that I purchase the car as a graduation present after 13 years of part-time college. (Motivated by the reward, I'm presently attending Grad School!) Car was transported from Escanaba, Michigan to Connecticut. My brother started it all with a '67 GTO convertible when I was eight years old... |
