VIN CODE: N/A MISC: I was drafted in 1969. On the way to the airport and to Basic Training, a friend of mine had just picked up his 1970 GTO Convertible. I swore someday, I would drive a GTO Convertible. That day came in 1988 when I bought this beautiful 71 GTO Conv. Although very driveable, it was tired and needed a good ground up resto. I just completed the work with the help of many friends, and two VISA cards. These pics were taken the day after I got it out of the paint shop. That's why no decals. |
